Contact Customer Service by email at Service@SyntonicsCorp.com or 1-410-884-0500 Option 2. Syntonics will provide a quote to repair or replace a failed item after inspecting it. The User is responsible for shipping the item to the factory; the factory will include return shipping in its quote.
